Gluten-Free Diet Polenta

Boiled cornmeal. It’s a versatile dish originating in Italy that’s also totally gluten free. Polenta can be served hot in a manner similar to oatmeal or grits and basically is a porridge. But when allowed to cool, it hardens into a soft doughy shape that can be grilled fried and baked. Make sure you add your polenta in a constant stream. Grits

Grits makes for a scrumptious carb heavy breakfast to get you through the first

half of the day. Unfortunately, grits can’t replace oatmeal in every recipe. It works while grits contain more carbs and calories than oatmeal. It balances in a scale with a lower fat content and a water-soluble B vitamin that the average body doesn’t get nearly enough of. You can pour the grits into individual ramekins or a small casserole.

Cauliflower

A gluten free low carb food which can stand in for couscous and dough like recipes. Try to grate cauliflower using the biggest size on the cheese grater and, it looks like little mozzarella cheese. Make sure the Grated cauliflower be drained from water using a strainer and it can be used as a replacement of flour to make pizza crust. Low-carb eaters also use it to replace rice. Zucchini or Vegetables spirals/pasta

Zucchini can be spiralled into noodle like shapes or flat ribbons. By using a julienne peeler or a normal peeler, you can create “flat noodles” or “Spiral noodles”. Just pick a gluten free pasta recipe and start cooking.
